Company sports day comes about once a year. Get out there and make the most of it (but not too much).
Gymnastics is mesmerizing; it’s beautiful. People see glittery leotards, toned bodies, flips, twists, and pretty smiles. What they don’t see are the bloody hands, aching bodies, tears, frustration, and the thousands of times I fell flat on my face. Looking back, these are the things that I am grateful for.
